2) Definitions

Terms & Conditions: these General Terms & Conditions of Sale.

Customer: any natural or legal person placing an order with the intention of entering into a purchase agreement.

BELIV Jewelry: as identified under Article 1.

Goods: custom-made jewelry offered through the website, including collection pieces, unique creations, and limited editions. Please note: no physical goods are offered for direct sale online. Orders can only be placed on appointment, in which case handcrafted jewelry is made to order.

Parties: the Customer and BELIV Jewelry.

3) Applicability

The most recent version of these Terms & Conditions is available on our website under “Terms & Conditions.” These Terms are only available in English.

Before placing an order, the Customer will have access to these Terms. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted them without reservation. A copy will also be available for the customer.

These Terms apply to all orders, offers, distance sales contracts, and invoices. Even if physical contact (e.g., showroom or appointment) precedes the order, once the order is placed remotely, these Terms remain applicable.

Only natural persons aged 18 or older, or legal entities with legal capacity, may place an order. By agreeing to these Terms, the Customer declares to be legally authorized to do so.

4) Offer, placing an order and acceptance of orders

The presentation of Goods on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

Customers receive tailored information during and after an appointment, based on their request and interests. Orders may be placed via email, WhatsApp, message, or telephone. A deposit is required at this stage.

By placing an order, the Customer commits to providing accurate and up-to-date information.

Limited availability (e.g., “limited edition” or “one of a kind” products) will be clearly stated. If a product is unavailable, the Customer will be refunded within 7 working days. This refund constitutes full and final settlement of the cancelled order.

A purchase agreement is concluded once the Customer receives written confirmation of the order.

5) Our goods

BELIV Jewelry works exclusively with polished natural diamonds. These diamonds are formed naturally over millions of years and are valued for their rarity and uniqueness.

Upon explicit request, laboratory-grown diamonds may be offered. However, these are not part of our standard offering.

6) Production and delivery time

Production begins only after the order has been confirmed in writing and a deposit or full payment has been received.

Average production time: 5–6 weeks, depending on design complexity and gemstone availability.

Collection & Shipping: Customers are warmly invited to collect their jewelry in person, ensuring they can fully experience the special revealing moment when receiving their unique creation.

Shipping is only available upon explicit request and will be charged to the customer.

Lead Times: All quoted lead times are indicative. If a specific delivery date is required, Customers must inform us in advance. The maximum delivery time is 12 months after order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
